Shipping Details:

All orders are processed and ship during business days only (Monday-Friday) Please allow the appropriate number of business day for an order to be shipped after the processing time. This can be found in FAQ for your country of residence. Processing can take up to 48 hours after order is placed. For larger orders the processing time maybe longer HAIRporrn will contact you via email. Please note that weekends do not count as business days and order processing days.

All goods ship via Royal Mail, all shipped orders comes with signature confirmation and you must sign for the package. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for orders once the package has left HAIRporrn head office and/ or has been delivered and signed for. All orders receive a tracking number so please provide a valid email address.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we can not change the shipping method.

International Shipping:

HAIRporrn is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes your country may charge to you. We advise you to check with your local shipping carrier to get more information regarding this matter.

If you provide an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

Payment Terms: 

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal is a form of payment. As soon as you place an order online your credit/debit card will be charged. Please review your order, product(s) and shipping information carefully. Once submitted your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without cancelling your order. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Delays: 

Incorrect billing and/or shipping address may cause delays. Once correct information has been verified, orders will then be shipped. HAIRporrn cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier, fees or holidays.

All exchange, return or refund products must meet the criteria listed in FAQ (above)

Product(s) that do not meet all these criteria HAIRporrn reserve the right to refuse the product(s) and will not be considered for exchange, return or refund. Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to; info@hairporrn.com

Any requests after 7 calendar days will not be honoured. Product(s) must be exchanged for a product(s) of equal value.

Do not remove any tags, packaging, branding, if removed return, exchange or refund of the product(s) will become void and not accepted. Any alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We will not accept back any product(s) that has been installed or altered (washed, removed from weft, processed, coloured or cut) Please consult with a licensed colourist if you plan on bleaching or dying your hair extensions. We are not liable for damaged hair extensions.

Please email info@hairporrn.com to inform us of your reason for the return. Here you will be provided a return address. Cost of returns currently resides with the customer, HAIRporrn suggest that one uses postal option: track and sign for returns. HAIRporrn is not liable for any lost, damaged or non received products through ones choice of return method.

Images of people, places, logo's, products displayed on HAIRporrn website are either the property of, or used with permission by HAIRporrn. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited, theft of our images of people, places, logo's, products displayed on HAIRporrn.com or any of our social media platforms, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Any unauthorised use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, titles, product titles, images of people, places, logo's, program or technology described in any document published by HAIRporrn on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by HAIRporrn.
